JLSD will hosting FREE Bellyfit classes on SUNDAY MARCH 25TH AND SUNDAY APRIL 1ST from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Our instructor Susan Jones will be on hand to take you through this new and wonderful fitness program. Space is limited so sign up for your FREE CLASS today! One free class per person. Our bellyfit program will then start Sunday April 15th and run to Sunday June 24th. Eight fantastic classes $120.00 + taxes and registration (for new students).
