Dance Ability MovementJune Lawrence School of Dance is proud of our partnership with the Dance Ability Movement.

The Dance Ability Movement aims to create opportunities for individuals of all abilities to experience the arts! Occupational Therapists and Dance Instructors, Mallory and Jade Ryan have created The Dance Ability Movement to address the need for inclusive community programming for individuals with special needs.

Dance Ability classes are inclusive dance classes which provide each student with a 1:1 dance “buddy”, a volunteer dancer who adapts the class for the right level of challenge, and provides encouragement, friendship, and mentoring throughout the year. We welcome students of any age and ability. Dancers have the chance to perform in the end of year recitals and other shows with their studio.

The Dance Ability Movement is excited to offer Dance Ability classes at June Lawrence School of Dance.
